INOCSA started operations in Romania in 1999. Since then, INOCSA has supported the public sector in the development of civil works with both local and external funds (EIB, EBRD, etc.)
Meanwhile, INOCSA has also helped foreign companies to settle in Romania and develop private projects assisting them as Project Manager along the complete process.
