Tendering strategy, elaboration of tender documents, evaluation of proposals and negotiations with contractors during the tendering process for the Residential Complex Condominium Tei which consists of 28 buildings, out of which 3 of 10 floors, the other buildings having 4 or 5 floors and ground floor.

The complex will have a total capacity of 504 dwellings. All the buildings will have basement for garages and storerooms. The common area will include a covered swimming pool and 3 tennis courts. The Condominium will also include a Commercial Center and a Kindergarden, as well as a green area. The Residential Complex has a total surface of 58,000 m².
